Importance of New Communication

The internet has opened up several new avenues for communication in relationships. The importance of new communication methods are:
- Able to communicate over long distances with relative ease
- Cost and time effective
- Quicker communication
With these improvements come downsides. These downsides include less personal communication and that the technology can easily be overused. However, taking into account all of my interviews, observations, and personal experience, I have determined that the advantages of these new communication methods outweigh the disadvantages when it comes to courtship and fidelity.
