Guys,

Extremely interesting topic, since we probably all know someone who has done this before (if we haven't tried it ourselves). I also had a question about divorce rates. Do relationships initially formed on the Internet tend to be more stable than relationships that began in "real life?"

I would think not. (relationships initially formed on the Internet tend to be more stable) But I'm sure someone out there is studying this new form of meeting,,getting to know there person, then falling into love..and then face to face meetings.

Maybe history will tell a story.. A hundred years ago, people who never met fell in love through writing to each other.. think of waiting months to hear from someone as the letter traveled across the vast plains and then across the ocean. To be read by the person on the other end of this relationship.

Try renting the movie dvd.. Sweet Land, 2005...it's an excellent love story with roots of mail relationships.
